The company's drug candidates are: avapritinib, which targets KIT and PDGFRa mutations; BLU-667, which targets RET, a receptor tyrosine kinase that is abnormally activated by mutations or fusions; BLU-554, which targets FGFR4, a kinase that is aberrantly activated in a defined subset of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, the common type of liver cancer; and BLU-782, which is for the treatment of fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva, a rare genetic disease caused by mutations in the activin-like kinase 2 gene, ACVR1.
