„Ignitis grupė“ sudarys 70 mln. Eur kredito linijos sutartį su „Swedbank“ AB

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad 2023 m. spalio 24 d. Grupės valdyba pritarė ketinimui sudaryti 70 mln. eurų kredito linijos sutartį (toliau – Sutartis) su „Swedbank“ AB.

Kredito linija bus naudojama apyvartinio kapitalo poreikiams valdyti, užtikrinant Grupės likvidumą. Viso Grupės sudarytų kredito linijų su bankais suma, pasirašius šią Sutartį, sudarys 844 mln. eurų.

Sutartis yra įpareigojanti bei sudaroma 24 mėnesių terminui. Šia Sutartimi nėra numatyta papildomų įsipareigojimų įvykdymą užtikrinančių priemonių.

Sutartis bus pasirašyta artimiausiomis dienomis, apie jos pasirašymą Grupė atskiru pranešimu neinformuos.

Šiame pranešime pateikta informacija neturi įtakos Grupės koreguoto pelno prieš palūkanas, mokesčius, nusidėvėjimą bei amortizaciją (EBITDA) prognozei.
