May Knight Joins Korn Ferry as Country Managing Director

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that May Knight has joined the firm as Country Managing Director, Korn Ferry Hay Group. She will be based in Korn Ferry’s Hong Kong office.

In her role as Country Managing Director for Korn Ferry Hay Group, Ms. Knight will drive the growth of our Hong Kong business alongside other lines of business and in alignment with regional strategy.

Ms. Knight brings to the firm over 25 years of experience from operational and consulting roles in Asia and Europe. Before joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, Ms. Knight was Managing Director, Financial Services, Asia Pacific at a global consulting company, where she led its insurance management consulting practice for Asia Pacific. Prior to that, Ms. Knight was Partner in one of the big 4's advisory practice, leading its strategy, customer & growth and digital solutions for Asia.

Ms. Knight has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, M.B.A. from Liverpool Business School, and has received post graduate education at Harvard Business School. She is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. She was a judge for the Professional of the Year, Women of Influence Awards in Hong Kong in 2015 and 2016, and has also represented in the Asia Summit of Fortune Most Powerful Women.
