HIGHLIGHTS



Voor Q3 2022 noteren we volgende kerndata:



• Het netto-resultaat op 30 september 2022 bedraagt €41,5 miljoen of €4,15 per aandeel



• De huuropbrengsten zijn gestegen met €3,9 miljoen in vergelijking met Q3 vorig jaar en bedragen nu €51,6 miljoen



• De bezettingsgraad van de totale investeringsportefeuille stijgt naar 91,20% in vergelijking met 89,09% eind 2021



• De financiële schuldgraad is gedaald van 48,56% eind 2021 naar 45,70% op 30 september 2022



• Er zijn reeds meer dan 100 appartementen gereserveerd van het Park Lane fase II project op de Tour & Taxis-site



• In oktober 2022 werd het gebouw Darwin I – “Bronze Gate” op Cloche d’Or verkocht voor een bedrag van 65 miljoen euro



• Een huurcontract werd afgesloten met CD&V voor 1.500 m² aan kantoren op Gare Maritime in Brussel en met B&B HOTELS



voor de ontwikkeling van een hotel met 150 kamers op Cloche d’Or in Luxemburg
