LHV UK Limitedi finantsjuhiks saab Gary Sher

AS-i LHV Group tütarettevõtte LHV UK Limited finantsjuhiks saab alates 5. juulist 2021 Gary Sher. Finantsjuht määratakse ühtlasi ka ettevõtte juhtimisorgani (board of directors) liikmeks.

Globaalse juhtimiskogemusega kogenud finantsvaldkonna professionaalina asub Gary Sher juhtima LHV UK Limited’i finantse pangalitsentsi taotlemise ajal ja pangalitsentsi saamise järel, eeldusel, et ettevõte saab regulaatori kooskõlastuse.

Hetkel töötab Gary Sher JBR Capital Ltd finantsjuhina. Enne seda oli ta juulist 2018 kuni 2020. aasta augustini Starling Bank Ltd finantsdirektor. Varasemalt on ta panustanud Ayondo Groupi ja teiste kiire kasvuga erakapitalil põhinevate ettevõtete tegevusse avalikel ja reguleeritud turgudel, seejuures on tal mitme eduka ülevõtmisprotsessi ja IPO kogemus. Gary Sher on Dalgagi Ltd juhtorgani liige. Gary Sher ega temaga seotud isikud ei oma AS-i LHV Group aktsiaid.
