Collaborative Health Systems to Present at Community Health Centers Conference on November 15

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Collaborative Health Systems (CHS), a Universal American company (NYSE:UAM), announced today that its president, Jeffery Spight, will present at the 2016 Primary Care Association and Health Center Controlled Network conference at the Hilton Pasadena hotel in Pasadena, California on Tuesday, November 15.

The conference is sponsored by the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC).

CHS currently partners with approximately 5,000 providers, mostly primary care physicians, in 22 Medicare Shared Savings Program accountable care organizations, including four that were formed with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) state associations.
