Viad Corp Announces Participation in Upcoming Conferences

(NYSE: ) announced today that President and Chief Executive Officer Steve Moster and President – Pursuit and Future Chief Executive Officer David Barry will participate in the following upcoming investor conferences:

  • November 13: Deutsche Bank Gaming, Lodging, Leisure & Restaurants One on One Conference – 1 Hotel South Beach in Miami Beach, Florida
  • December 12: Truist Securities Gaming, Lodging, Leisure & Restaurants Summit – Encore Boston Harbor in Everett, Massachusetts
  • December 13: KeyBanc Capital Markets Consumer Spotlight - Virtual

An updated investor presentation will be posted on our website at on Wednesday, November 13th by 8 a.m. Eastern Time.

Among other things, Moster and Barry will discuss the previously announced transformation of Viad into a standalone high-growth, high-margin Pursuit business with the financial flexibility and balance sheet capacity to accelerate its Refresh, Build, Buy growth strategy and capitalize on its substantial growth prospects in the attractions and hospitality space. The transformation will be effectuated through the sale of Viad’s GES business and is expected to close by the end of 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Upon completion of the transaction, Viad intends to change its corporate name and relaunch as Pursuit and change its NYSE common stock ticker symbol to PRSU.
