Wolters Kluwer's CT Corporation Wins ACG New York Champion's Award

Wolters Kluwer’s CT Corporation announced today that it has won the prestigious Deal Partner of the Year award from the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and The M&A Advisor. This is the first time the awards program, now in its seventh year, has honored service providers such as CT.

The program, named the Champion’s Awards, celebrates leading middle market transactions, firms and dealmakers within the ACG New York community. ACG is a top industry association for middle-market deal making professionals, and the New York City chapter is its largest with more than 1,000 members.

The ACG New York Champion’s Awards are part of The M&A Advisor Awards program, which recognizes excellence in deal making, restructuring and financing, and is considered a pinnacle of achievement in the industry.

“We are honored to receive the Deal Partner of the Year award,” said Andrew Whelan, CT Vice President and Segment Leader. “It’s a reflection of the hard work and support our multidisciplinary teams provide clients throughout the life of their deals.”

For over a century, Wolters Kluwer’s CT Corporation has provided organizations with leading registered agent services, incorporation, and legal compliance. CT, which is part of Wolters Kluwer’s Governance, Risk & Compliance division, works with businesses and law firms around the world to offer customized and comprehensive fund compliance and deal support services. CT assists clients from the initial stages of due diligence and the high-pressure stage of closing a deal, to post-close cleanup and ongoing compliance services — offering expertise and continuity every step of the way. In 2016, CT handled over 13,000 merger filings, and over 1.2 million individual due diligence inquiries across both financing and acquisitions.

Wolters Kluwer/Solid start to the year/BUY

Wolters Kluwer reported a solid 1H25 update. We make small adjustments to our organic growth and margin forecasts, but it is mainly FX headwinds that bring down our top-line estimates by low-single-digit percentages in the coming years. We reiterate our BUY rating and lower our target price per share to €173 (from €178).
