Yelp Announces Date of First Quarter 2018 Financial Results

Yelp Inc. (NYSE: YELP), the company that connects people with great local businesses, today announced that it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018 after the market closes on Thursday, May 10, 2018.

Beginning with the release of its first quarter 2018 results, Yelp will provide a Shareholder Letter reviewing its financial and operational performance, together with commentary from its senior management team, in lieu of the earnings press release, investor deck and data sheet previously provided. Yelp will issue a press release when the Shareholder Letter has been posted on its investor relations website at www.yelp-ir.com.

Following the release of the Shareholder Letter, Yelp will host a webcasted Q&A session to discuss its first quarter results at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the same day. The live webcast, as well as a replay of the webcast, will be accessible from Yelp’s investor relations website at the same web address as above; please note that Yelp’s discussion of its financial results will no longer be publicly accessible by telephone beginning this quarter.
