Das Pandemiejahr 2020 hat den Werkzeugmaschinenbau hart getroffen. Mit einem 22%igen Umsatzrückgang und einem 20%igen Rückgang im Auftragseingang ist die DATRON AG (ISIN DE000A0V9LA7, Open Market, DAR GY) aber besser durch die Krise gekommen, als die Branche mit -30% bzw. -31%. Es gab keinen Preisdruck im Neugeschäft, angesichts des deutlichen Umsatzrückgangs hat auch die Kurzarbeiterregelung geholfen, profitabel zu bleiben. Für 2021 zeigt sich das Unternehmen „vorsichtig optimistisch“. Wir denken, dass bei erfolgreicher Impfkampagne die Erholung im zweiten Halbjahr deutlicher ausfallen könnte als vom Unternehmen projiziert, fühlen uns mit unserer Schätzung, die im mittleren Bereich der vom Unternehmen kommunizierten Bandbreiten liegt, aber weiterhin wohl. Mit einem 2021er EV/Umsatz von 0,58 ist die DATRON-Aktie auch im Peer-Vergleich weiterhin eher günstig.
Unsere aktualisierte und zu gleichen Teilen gewichtete DCF- und Peer Group-Analyse2021/22 ergibt einen Fairen Wert von € 11,60 pro Aktie.
