BKGR Weekly Letter 08 19 2021

  •  The Casablanca Stock Exchange closed this last weekly session once again on a standstill with a MASI slightly down by -0.08% to 12,607.27 points and a MSI20 almost stagnant by +0.01% to 1,028.64 points, thus setting their y-t-d performances at +11.69% and +11.23% respectively;

  •  Low, the transactional volume amounted to MAD 76.7m, drained up to 57.6% by operations on 1,121,494 ADDOHA shares (i.e. 0.28% of its capital), on 6,828 LAFARGEHOLCIM MAROC shares, on 67,656 MAROC TELECOM shares and on 32,390 BCP shares;

  •  In terms of the strongest increases, M2M GROUP improved by +3.97% to MAD 755.00 for 545 shares traded while STOKVIS NORD AFRIQUE gained +3.94% to MAD 13.20 for 2,545 shares traded;

  •  On the contrary, SOTHEMA lost -3.96% to MAD 1,554.00 for 1,250 shares traded, followed by INVOLYS which depreciated by -3.80% to MAD 100.00 for 710 shares traded.
