Katie Bell Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Katie Bell has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner, Global Account Lead, Healthcare Sector. She will be based in Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office.

Ms. Bell joins us from another global executive search firm, where she was Partner, Healthcare and Life Sciences. During this time, she was a member of the Healthcare Leadership team, served as culture champion for the Southeast region, and was Human Resource Functional Practice Lead for Healthcare.

Prior to this role, Ms. Bell served in several leadership positions at the Advisory Board Company and Gallup, where she worked closely with senior leadership to design research content, innovative industry products and key global events to drive business growth. She also holds extensive consulting experience with focus on organizational development, talent management and workforce wellness.

Ms. Bell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has completed Executive Education coursework at Harvard University in Cambridge. She is an advisory board member for WBL (Women Business Leaders in the Healthcare Industry) and HINRI (The Healthcare Institute for National Renewal and Innovation). She is a published author and frequent guest speaker.
