Lincoln Financial Network Names Scott Witeby Senior Vice President and Head of Finance

Lincoln Financial Network (LFN), the retail wealth management affiliate of Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE:LNC), announced the appointment of Scott Witeby as senior vice president and head of Finance for LFN, effective November 14. Witeby reports directly to David Berkowitz, president of LFN.

In his role, Witeby is responsible for LFN’s financial strategy and oversight of all finance and accounting activities.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Witeby spent the last 10 years at LPL Financial in San Diego, Calif., most recently serving as senior vice president, Financial Planning & Analysis, responsible for budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and strategic planning, and financial reporting. Prior to his tenure with LPL Financial, Witeby spent six years at EY (formerly Ernst & Young).

Witeby holds a bachelor of science degree in Accounting and Finance from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
