In reviewing the message, policy violations are identified, and the violating content is highlighted for easy recognition. The email can be deleted, or it can be released with justification and then encrypted based on policies.
Encrypted emails are automatically decrypted and delivered transparently if recipients use Zix’s policy-based email encryption. Of the 1.5 million Zix encrypted messages delivered every business day, approximately 70 percent are delivered transparently, without the need for passwords or extra steps. If recipients do not use a Zix solution, encrypted messages are delivered in less than two steps through a mobile-friendly, secure Web portal.
