Alfa Laval (Hold, TP: SEK200.00) - End-market rut

We reiterate our HOLD and have cut our target price to SEK200 (220) following the soft Q3 results. We struggle to get excited given Alfa Laval’s late-cyclical exposure and challenged end-markets, but view a 2022e EV/EBIT of c12x as fair. We doubt the CMD (scheduled for 25 November) will be a share price catalyst, and believe soft Marine and Oil & Gas markets will continue to hamper investor sentiment towards Alfa Laval.
