Austevoll Seafood (Buy, TP: NOK160.00) - Soft Q1, but outlook still strong

Q1 EBITDA was NOK1,444m, in line with our estimate. However, this was 10% below consensus, driven by smaller misses in all segments, but mainly by Lerøy Seafood’s below-consensus earnings. The deviation for the South American pelagic operation was driven by inventory movements and timing effects, which have little effect on our 2022 expectations. We reiterate our BUY but have cut our target price to NOK160 (170) due to our lower valuation for the Lerøy holding.
