Nobia (Buy, TP: SEK61.00) - The yin and yang of Q2

We have raised our Q2e adj. EBIT from SEK-92m to SEK-7m (post-Q1 consensus of SEK34m). We believe the profitable Nordic market has held up well, but been offset by a loss-making quarter in the UK. Our higher Q2 estimates result in an 8% higher 2020e adj. EBIT, while 2021–2022e is cut by 1% (FX-related). We reiterate our BUY, but have trimmed our target price to SEK61 (62).
