NRC Group (Buy, TP: NOK35.00) - Seeing is believing

NRC reported a better Q3 than we and consensus expected, and maintained its full-year guidance for flat revenue YOY and an EBITA margin of 1.5–2.0%, though likely at the lower end due to the Q3 costs booked in Sweden (the same projects that weighed in Q4 2019). NRC reiterated its 2021 EBITA margin target of “up towards 4%” and 7% long-term (2024) ambition. Should it achieve these targets, we believe the upside potential could be significant but, given recent misses, ‘seeing is believing’; nevertheless, we reiterate our BUY and NOK35 target price.
