Tryg (Hold, TP: DKK205.00) - Robust underwriting, softer premiums

Tryg’s Q3 report revealed a solid improvement in underwriting with its combined ratio adjusted for run-offs improving close to 2%-points YOY and beating consensus by 0.5%-points. We have trimmed our 2021–2022e EPS by ~1% on lowered premiums and in turn reduced our target price to DKK205 (207). We reiterate our HOLD as the valuation remains the main challenge, given that the stock is trading at a 2021e P/E of ~22x.
