Experienced management team with proven track record
The management of 777 Capital Partners has an excellent network in the real estate industry and a solid track record of successful real estate transactions. The founders Ralph Winter and Thomas Landschreiber look back on a long and successful partnership. Among other things, they have built up the real estate business of Cerberus Capital in Germany and founded the investment manager Corestate Capital, which is listed on the SDAX of the German stock exchange.

Ralph Winter is an experienced entrepreneur and globally active real estate investor. He has been living in the USA for 4 years where he has set up his Family Office W5, with offices in Miami, New York and Baar/Switzerland. His engagements in the USA focus on the innovative residential real estate sector with a growing portfolio in metropolitan areas and selected regions. Ralph Winter can demonstrate a decade-long track record of successful real estate transactions valued at over 30 billion euros.

Thomas Landschreiber has more than 30 years of experience in management positions in the real estate industry. As co-founder and long-standing management board member of Corestate Capital, he achieved above-average returns for private as well as institutional clients for more than 15 years in various European countries. Together with Ralph Winter, he is considered a pioneer in the areas of student housing and micro-apartments. He developed large micro living portfolios with over 40,000 units, long before the sector became an established, institutional asset class.

Another founding member and chairman of 777 Capital Partners is Micha Blattmann, who has worked successfully with both other founders in the past - among other things as long-standing chairman of the supervisory board of Corestate Capital. He is a co-founder of Vicenda Asset Management AG, an investment boutique with focus on alternative financing and private debt. He is also a member of the board of directors of M&G International Switzerland AG. Over the course of his career, Mr. Blattmann has initiated and executed complex financial transactions valued at over 5 billion US dollars. The teams in Baar, Zurich and Frankfurt include experienced experts from the finance and investment industry.
