SPORTTOTAL and Telekom Deutschland
embark on cooperation for entertainment offerings

- Entertainment offering under the slogan of "#DABEI" at MagentaTV

- Premium broadcasting content with Christian Ulmen and Fahri Yardim, among others

- Studio and broadcasting structure from sporttotal.tv to be rededicated for time being as an entertainment hub during the Corona crisis

- Revenues in the mid-six digit range anticipated per month

Cologne, 27 March 2020. With major support from founding partner Telekom Deutschland GmbH in the areas of sponsoring, advertising and license content, sporttotal.tv gmbh, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SPORTTOTAL AG, will be broadcasting the new "#DABEI" entertainment program as from Sunday, 29 March 2020, thus extending MagentaTV's offering. SPORTTOTAL anticipates revenues in the mid-six digit range per month. The pilot phase is to have been completed within the space of only two months. SPORTTOTAL will be using sporttotal.tv's editorial and technical infrastructure for the format with the aim of producing a completely new entertainment program. This will enable sporttotal.tv to utilize capacities that currently cannot be harnessed for sports content due to the Corona crisis and its impact on the league activities of the DFB (German Football Association) and of its regional and national associations.

Diverse premium topics: from "Fit&Gesund" (fit and healthy) through to "Kids@home"
"#DABEI" is focused on premium content with live moderation (Florian Ambrosius), talkshows, as well shows recorded in the areas of fitness, home schooling, pastoral work and entertainment. The central idea running through this diverse content is Telecom's slogan of "Connecting up Germany". Topics will be grouped into "Fit&Gesund" yoga, fitness training, tips for nutrition and meditation and presented; "Unterhaltung" will offer viewers comedy, concerts and a great deal more. "Talk&News with Christian&Fahri" will be organized by Christian Ulmen and Fahri Yardim. "Kids@home" will offer programs from parents for parents, information on learning in the digital age, and tips for games for all. "Geist&Seele" (spirit & soul) will consist of broadcasting religious services from various faiths, as well as chamber music and performances by soloists.
