It owns and operates an exploration license (Chernetska) and a gas plant located near the Sorochynska license. The Chernetska License is located approximately 300 kilometers north east of Kiev in the Talalayvskiy district of the Chernigiv region of Ukraine, over two kilometers to the southeast of the village of Chernetska, in the northwestern part of the Dnieper-Donets Basin. The Chernetska project license 2982, which is 100% owned covers an area of approximately 56.3 square kilometers. There are over three prospective horizons (B20, B21/22 and B24/25) in the Visean sandstones and limestones of the Lower Carboniferous. The Company's gas plant has the capacity to process 11 million cubic feet per day.
