Sanwil Holding SA is a Poland-based holding company that specializes in the production of ecological leather, coated fabrics and textiles. It produces knitted fabrics, such as technical cotton and polyester, fur, terry fabrics and uncut loops fabrics. Additionally, it produces leather imitations. The Company's products are used as fabrics for furniture coverings and footwear, clothing materials, fabrics for medical and sanitary use, and others. The Company sells footwear products through a network of its own retail stores as well as in the wholesale. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated five subsidiaries, including SAnwil Polska Sp. z o.o., Winisan Sp. z o.o. based in Ukraine, Draszba SA, E-buty SA and IPC Sp. z o.o.
