Kommuniké från extra bolagsstämma i BTS Group AB (publ)

Stockholm den 11 december 2020

Extra bolagsstämma i BTS Group har idag, i enlighet med styrelsens förslag, beslutat att till aktieägarna dela ut 3,60 kronor per aktie. Avstämningsdag för erhållande av utdelning fastställdes till tisdagen den 15 december 2020 och utbetalning av utdelningen beräknas påbörjas av Euroclear Sweden AB fredagen den 18 december 2020.

Mot bakgrund av den pågående pandemin och risken för spridning av covid-19 samt myndigheternas föreskrifter och råd, genomfördes den extra bolagsstämman utan fysisk närvaro av aktieägare och enbart genom förhandsröstning (s.k. poströstning) med stöd av tillfälliga lagregler.

Protokoll med fullständiga beslut från stämman, inklusive redovisning av hur aktieägarna röstat m.m., kommer att finnas tillgängligt på bolagets webbplats, , senast fredagen den 18 december 2020.
