EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS-i juhatuse liikmed ja nõukogu esimees ostsid EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS-i aktsiaid

 EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS annab teada, et fondi juhatuse liikmed ja nõukogu esimees omandasid fondi aktsiaid alljärgnevalt:



(i) Juhatuse liige Viljar Arakas omandas valdusettevõtte Miemma Holding OÜ kaudu 28.04.2020. a 1000 aktsiat ja 29.04.2020. a 500 aktsiat. Tehingute järgselt kuulub Miemma Holding OÜ-le 12 793 EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS-i aktsiat. Viljar Arakas omab ka eraisikuna 2000 aktsiat, milline aktsiate arv ei ole muutunud;



(ii) Juhatuse liige Tõnu Uustalu omandas 29.04.2020. a 250 aktsiat. Tehingu järgselt kuulub Tõnu Uustalule 12 281 EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS-i aktsiat;



(iii) Nõukogu esimehe Arti Arakasega seotud juriidiline isik Altius Capital OÜ omandas 27.04.2020. a  268 aktsiat, 28.04.2020. a 9 aktsiat ja 29.04.2020. a 3 710 aktsiat. Tehingute järgselt kuulub Altius Capital OÜ-le 602 000 EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS-i aktsiat.
