Dėl AB „Linas“ savų akcijų įsigijimo (supirkimo) stabdymo

Vadovaudamasi 2019 m. gegužės 16 d. įvykusio pakartotinio eilinio visuotinio Akcinės bendrovės „LINAS“ (toliau – Bendrovė) akcininkų susirinkimo sprendimu (toliau – Susirinkimo sprendimas), kuriuo buvo patvirtintas Bendrovės savų akcijų įsigijimas ir pavesta Bendrovės valdybai, laikantis Susirinkimo sprendime nustatytų sąlygų ir Lietuvos Respublikos akcinių bendrovių įstatymo reikalavimų, priimti sprendimus dėl Bendrovės savų akcijų supirkimo, organizuoti savų akcijų supirkimą ir pardavimą, nustatyti akcijų supirkimo bei pardavimo tvarką, laiką, akcijų skaičių bei kainą, taip pat atlikti kitus su savų akcijų įsigijimu ir pardavimu susijusius veiksmus. Bendrovės valdyba 2020 m. balandžio 14 d. priėmė sprendimą laikinai sustabdyti pakartotinį Bendrovės savų akcijų supirkimą. Sprendimas priimtas dėl vyraujančio neapibrėžtumo dėl koronaviruso (COVID-19) poveikio Bendrovės veiklos rezultatams ir apyvartinių lėšų svyravimams. Bendrovės valdyba nusprendė neribotam laikui atidėti pakartotinio Bendrovės akcijų supirkimo antrąjį etapą, kuris pagal 2020 m. vasario 24 d. valdybos sprendimą, turėjo prasidėti 2020 m. balandžio 15 d. ir baigtis 2020 m. balandžio 29 d.
