Dėl gautos informacijos

Valstybinė mokesčių inspekcija prie FM (VMI) informavo AB „Panevėžio statybos trestas“ (Bendrovė), kad atnaujina taikos sutarties dėl Konkurencijos tarybos paskirtos baudos mokėjimo išdėstymo sąlygų derinimą ir pateikė Bendrovei siūlomas taikos sutarties sąlygas. Bendrovė tikisi, kad taikos sutartis bus sudaryta artimiausiu metu.

Taip pat Bendrovė gavo informaciją, kad 2022-07-12 patvarkymu antstolis nusprendė areštuoti Bendrovės lėšas bankuose likusiai nesumokėtai Konkurencijos tarybos paskirtos baudos sumai. Šiuo metu vyksta taikos sutarties derinimo su išieškotoju VMI procesas dėl skolos išdėstymo, o išieškotojas nėra pareiškęs pageidavimo visą likusią nesumokėtą sumą išieškoti iš karto. Bendrovė informavo tiek VMI prie FM, tiek antstolį apie  pačios situacijos dviprasmiškumą. VMI pateikus atitinkamą prašymą, areštas Bendrovės sąskaitoms turėtų būti panaikintas pačiu artimiausiu metu.
