Korrektion til selskabsmeddelelse nr. 49 af 3. oktober 2022

Selskabet er blevet opmærksom på, at der i selskabsmeddelelse nr. 49 af 3. oktober 2022 desværre er sket en fejl ved sammenlægningen af de hidtidige EBITDA-forventninger for 2022 med den forventede EBITDA-effekt i 2022 fra overtagelsen af EMS-virksomheden Enics.

Efter overtagelsen af Enics forventer Schouw & Co. koncernen således i 2022 at realisere et samlet EBITDA i intervallet 2.090-2.310 mio. kr. under de forudsætninger og forbehold, som i øvrigt fremgår af selskabets delårsrapport for 2. kvartal 2022.
