DENVER, July 13, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ArrowMark Financial Corp., (NASDAQ: BANX) (“ArrowMark Financial” or the “Company”), today announced that the Company’s June 30, 2022, estimated and unaudited Net Asset Value (“NAV”) was $20.94 per share. This NAV reflects the regular second quarter cash dividend of $0.39 per share, paid on June 29, 2022.
