As of Dec 31 2016, Co.'s principal U.K. assets were its interests in the producing operated oil fields Heather/Broom, Thistle/Deveron, the Dons area, the Greater Kittiwake Area, Alma/Galia and Scolty/Crathes. In addition, Co. had interests in the Kraken development and also a non-operated interest in the producing Alba oil field. In Malaysia, Co.'s operated assets comprise the PM8/Seligi Production Sharing Contract and the Tanjong Baram Risk Services Contract. At Dec 31 2016, Co. had proven and probable reserves of 215.0 million barrels of oil equivalent.
Evraz engages in the production and distribution of steel and related products and coal and iron ore mining. Co. also produces vanadium products. Co. has four segments: Steel, which includes production of steel and related products at all mills except for those in North America, and includes the extraction of vanadium ore and production of vanadium products, iron ore mining and enrichment and certain energy-generating companies; Steel, North America, which includes production of steel and related products in the U.S. and Canada; Coal, which includes coal mining and enrichment; and Other operations, which includes energy-generating companies, shipping and railway transportation companies.

At Dec 31 2016, Co. had six reportable operating segments: the Fresnillo mine, an underground silver mine; the Saucito mine, an underground silver mine; the CiA(c)nega mine, an underground gold mine; including the San RamA3n satellite mine; the Herradura mine, a surface gold mine; the Soledad-Dipolos mine, a surface gold mine; and the Noche Buena mine, a surface gold mine. In addition, Co. has two development projects, which comprised of: Pyrites Plant, a Leaching plant; and San Julian (phase II), an underground mine, flotation plant and a dynamic leaching plant.

Co. also implements production strategies to optimize the value of recoverable hydrocarbons from existing producing fields. As of Dec 31 2011, Co.'s proven and probable reserves were 15,100,000 stock tank barrels per day.

Lamprell is a contractor in the Arabian Gulf, providing specialist services to the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry. Polymetal International is the ultimate parent entity of Polymetal Group, a precious metals mining group operating in Russia, Kazakhstan and Armenia. Co. has five reportable segments: Magadan; Ural; Khabarovsk; Kazakhstan; and Armenia. Each segment is engaged in gold, silver or copper mining and related activities, including exploration, extraction, processing and reclamation.
