BT Group PLC

BT is a communications services company, delivering products and services with industry-specific communications solutions and consulting expertise. Co.'s principal activities include: networked IT services; local, national and international telecommunications services; broadband and internet products and services; and converged fixed/mobile products and services. Co. operates five lines of businesses: BT Global Services, BT Business, BT Consumer, BT Wholesale and Openreach, providing services to around 6,500 large corporate and public sector customers, in more than 170 countries worldwide.

Centrica PLC

Centrica is an energy and services company. Co.'s segment are: Energy Supply and Services, which supplies gas and electricity in the U.K. and North America; Connected Home, which supplies energy solutions and technologies to residential customers; Distributed Energy and Power, which supplies energy solutions, generation and technologies to commercial and industrial customers; Energy Marketing and Trading, which trades and optimizes energy; Exploration and Production, which produces and processes gas and oil and develops new fields; Central Power Generation, which generates power from combined cycle gas turbines, wind and nuclear assets; and Centrica Storage, gas storage in the U.K.

National Grid is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. owns and operates regulated electricity and gas infrastructure networks in the U.K. and the U.S. Co. operates through five business segments: U.K. Electricity Transmission, U.K. Gas Transmission, U.K. Gas Distribution, U.S. Regulated, and Other Activities, primarily relating to non-regulated businesses and other commercial operations not included within the above segments, including: the Great Britain-France electricity interconnector; U.K. based gas metering activities; U.K. property management; a U.K. LNG import terminal; U.S. LNG operations; and U.S. unregulated transmission pipelines, together with corporate activities.

Pennon Group PLC

Pennon Group is an environmental infrastructure company in the U.K. Co. operates two businesses: water and wastewater, and waste management. As of Mar 31 2017, Co.'s water and wastewater business provided water and wastewater services to a population of 1.7 million in Cornwall, Devon and parts of Dorset and Somerset and water only services to 500,000 in parts of Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. At its waste management business, Co.'s Viridor Limited subsidiary is a recycling, energy recovery and waste management company, and at Mar 31 2017 provided services to more than 150 local authorities and corporate clients as well as over 32,000 customers across the U.K.

Severn Trent PLC

Severn Trent is engaged in providing water and waste water services and developing renewable energy solutions through Co.'s businesses: Severn Trent Water and Dee Valley Water (together Co.'s Regulated Water and Waste Water business), and Severn Trent Business Services. Co. is organized into two main business segments: Regulated Water and Waste Water includes the wholesale water and waste water activities of Co.'s subsidiary, Severn Trent Water Limited, its retail services to domestic customers, and Dee Valley Water; and Business Services, which includes Co.'s Operating Services businesses in the U.S., the U.K. and Ireland and Co.'s Renewable Energy business.

TalkTalk Telecom Group

TalkTalk Telecom Group provides telecommunication services to retail and B2B customers. Co. provides customers a range of Fixed Low Price Plans, which comprised of: Fast Broadband, a broadband plan designed to cater for the needs of individual users or households that do not require increased download speeds available via a fibre connection; and Faster Fibre Broadband, a broadband plan designed for households with a number of devices that need to be connected to the internet at the same time. In the Direct channel, Co. provides a range of data connectivity solutions, from business broadband and fibre, through to Ethernet circuits and Wide Area Networks.

Telecom Plus PLC

Telecom Plus is a utility supplier. The range of services Co. provides include landline telephony (calls and line rental), broadband, mobile, gas, electricity, and its CashBack card. Co.'s reportable segments reflect the two distinct activities around which Co. is organized: Customer Acquisition, which comprises sales of equipment including mobile phone handsets and wireless internet routers to customers; and Customer Management, which includes the supply of fixed telephony, mobile telephony, gas, electricity, internet services and home insurance to residential and small business customers.

United Utilities Group

United Utilities Group is a water company. Through its subsidiary, United Utilities Water Limited, Co. provides water and wastewater services to peoples in the North West of England.

Vodafone Group PLC

Vodafone Group provides mobile and fixed telecommunication services including: access charges, voice and video calls, messaging, interconnect fees, fixed and mobile broadband and related services such as providing televisual and music content, connection fees and equipment sales. Co. provides a range of consumer products and services including mobile, fixed voice, broadband and television, financial as well as other services to operators outside its footprint. Co. also provides a range of enterprise products and services including total communications such as mobile, fixed and a suite of converged communications services, internet of things, cloud and hosting and carrier services.
