Moody's changes Times Property's ratings outlook to positive
Hong Kong, March 07, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service has changed to positive from stable the ratings outlook for Times Property Holdings Limited. Moody's has also affirmed the company's B1 corporate family rating and the B2 senior unsecured rating on its existing rated notes, specifically, the RMB1.5 billion notes due 2017; USD305 million notes due 2019; USD375 million bonds due 2020; and USD280 million bonds due 2020.. "The change in Times Property's ratings outlook to positive...Times Property Holdings is a property developer in China, focusing on the development of mid-market to high-end residential properties. Property development is the development of residential and commercial properties for sale. Property leasing is the development, leasing and sub-leasing of commercial properties owned by Co. or independent third parties. Property management is the provision of property management services to Co.'s residential customers. Co. has expanded its business to Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Qingyuan and Changsha.
