Announcement: Moody's: Chinese structured finance ratings can be above sovereign level. Global Credit Research- 05 Jun 2017. Hong Kong, June 05, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service says Chinese structured finance transactions can continue to achieve a maximum rating consistent with China's local currency bond ceiling of Aa3, following the downgrade of China's sovereign issuer rating to A1 from Aa3 on 24 May.
