Moody's corrects rating for two classes of Combination Notes issued by Zoo ABS II B.V.

London, 03 February 2017-- Moody's Investors Service has corrected the rating for Class Q Combination Notes due 2096 and Class R Combination Notes due 2096 to Aa1 from Aa3. Due to an internal administrative error, the rating for these notes was affirmed at Aa3 on 24 January 2017 instead of being upgraded to Aa1. This publication does not announce a credit rating action.
