Moody's: No rating impact on notes issued by GE SCF following amendments
London, 16 December 2016-- Moody's announced today that the proposed amendments to both the transaction documents and the cover pool of GE SCF would not, in and of themselves and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current Aaa ratings of the notes issued by the Issuer.
