Rating Action: Moody's rates Banco GNB Sudameris' subordinated debt B1. Global Credit Research- 23 Mar 2017. New York, March 23, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service assigned a B1 long-term foreign currency subordinated debt rating to Banco GNB Sudameris S.A.' s subordinated debt issuance due in 2027. These notes will be unsecured subordinated obligations and will rank junior to all GNB's existing and future senior obligations and will rank senior only to GNB's capital stock.
