Accor Brand Intact Despite Ongoing Headwinds in France; EUR 36 Fair Value Estimate Unchanged
While Accor’s brand advantage (main source of its narrow moat) remains intact, the company’s third-quarter revenue continued to experience terrorism-related headwinds in its France region (30% of total revenue) that caused management to adjust its 2016 EBIT guidance to EUR 670 million-EUR 690 million from EUR 670 million-EUR 720 million previously, slightly below our existing EUR 704 million estimate.
