Akamai Posted In Line Results as Media Business Stabilized on Traffic Rebounds; Maintaining $50 FVE
Akamai’s third-quarter results tracked closely with our expectations both on total revenue growth and EBITDA margins. Total revenue grew 6% year over year, thanks to continued strong growth in Performance and Security Solutions, or PSS, and more modest decline in Media Delivery Solutions, or MDS, than what we expected. Adjusted EBITDA margin was 36% in the quarter, down significantly from 40% last year (as expected) but on par with last quarter.
