Asaleo Care shares have increased around 22% (even before factoring in the interim DPS of AUD 0.04) since the release of the interim result on 25 August 2016 and are now above our unchanged AUD 1.60 fair value estimate.At current levels, the stock has a forecast yield of 6.3% (50% franked). We think the investment case was more compelling when the shares were yielding 7.4% at the time of the interim result release when shares were trading at a 14% discount to our fair value.
