Bullish near-term oulook for CenterPoint's utilities.

We will likely be raising our $22 fair value estimate after narrow-moat CenterPoint Energy announced bullish 2017 earnings guidance in the range of $1.25-$1.33 per share, well above our estimate of $1.15 per share. In addition, the company now expects 2017 capital expenditures of $1.5 billion, 14% higher than its previous guidance of approximately $1.3 billion.
