Nasdaq reported a fairly good quarter, as volatility in U.S. markets provided a meaningful boost to the market services segment that complements the recurring revenue streams that the company has been building. The company reported net income of $177 million, or $1.05 per diluted share, on $666 million of net revenue in the first quarter.
