We transfer analyst coverage of Perpetual Limited. We reaffirm our current forecasts, our DCF-based fair value estimate of AUD 48.00 per share, our narrow moat and high uncertainty ratings. Perpetual has a long track record of strong investment performance from its stable of Australian equity funds and has recently relaunched its international equity fund product. But after four years of profit growth, Perpetual’s fiscal 2016 profit declined 4% to AUD 128 million.
