Pricing Headwinds for Rayonier AM Will Continue in 2017; Shares Look Expensive Despite Big Drop

Rayonier Advanced Materials' cellulose specialties pricing continues to retreat, wrapping up 2016 down 7.2% year over year. And the pain isn't likely to end in 2017, with management forecasting that average prices will drop 3% to 4% this year. This follows year-on-year declines of 6.7% in 2015 and 8.0% in 2014.
