Narrow-Moat Sodexo Hits a Rough Patch in 3Q, but Thesis Is Intact
Narrow-moat Sodexo reported a relatively disappointing quarter, with normalised revenue growth of 1.3% and year-to-date growth of just 1.1%, significantly below the 3% level management had expected at the beginning of the year. As a result, management has lowered guidance for full-year 2017 to 1.5%-2%. This is however in line with our expectations for the full year, and so we do not expect to make any material changes to our forecasts, nor to our EUR 110 fair value estimate.
