Hurricanes Will Likely Dampen Stericycle’s 3Q, but We Retain Our $110 FVE
We’ve lowered our 2017 EPS estimate for Stericycle to $4.54 from $4.60 and our 2017 EBITDA estimate by approximately $9 million to $826 million after incorporating our estimates for lost revenue and higher costs related to hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria in the third quarter. Our new estimates show that Stericycle may need to reduce 2017 guidance on its upcoming earnings release date of Nov. 8, which could cause shares to sell off as the company remains under significant pressure to deliver a...Stericycle is engaged in the medical and hazardous waste management and secure information services.
