Raising Our TC Energy FVE on Recent Asset Sales
TC Energy entered into an agreement to sell its Columbia Gas Midstream subsidiary to UGI Energy Services for $1.275 billion (CAD 1.7 billion). The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter.
