DOJ Prepping for Lawsuit against AT&T/Time Warner Merger But We Still Expect The Deal to Close
The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday that the U.S. Department of Justice was laying the groundwork for a potential lawsuit against the AT&T/Time Warner in case the ongoing negotiations between the DOJ and AT&T falter.
