As of Dec 31 2013, Co. operated a network of 135 stores, including 107 directly operated stores (DOS) and 28 wholesale stores (27 shop-in-shop and 1 franchise store).

RTL Group is a holding company. Co. through its subsidiaries is engaged in the operation of television and radio broadcasting services, television content production and distribution. Co. has interests in 40 television channels and 33 radio stations in 11 countries.
