Corticeira Amorim, S.G.P.S. is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the production, sale and distribution of cork products, including natural and agglomerated cork stoppers for the wine industry; cork stoppers and other components for the sparkling wines, spirits and champagne industry; cork plank and other products resulting from the processing of cork and used in other segments of the cork industry; floor and wall coverings; composition and granulated corks with several technical and industrial applications; cork with rubber; and expanded pure agglomerated and regranulated corks for technical, acoustic and vibration insulation.

Co.'s operations are divided into three divisions: Nickel division which focuses on nickel and its derivative applications; Manganese division which focuses on manganese alloys, manganese chemical derivatives and provides recovery and recycling services of metals contained in oil-industry catalysts, electric batteries and acid solutions; and Alloys division which produces and sells special high-performance steels, superalloys and pre-machined parts based on these materials or aluminium and titanium.

Faurecia is an automobile equipment supplier based in France. Co.'s activities can be divided into four business units: Automotive Seating (design of vehicle seats, manufacture of seating frames and adjustment mechanisms, and assembly of complete seating units); Emissions Control Technologies (design and manufacture of exhaust systems); Interior Systems (design and manufacture of instrument panels, door panels and modules, and acoustic components); and Automotive Exteriors (design and manufacture of front ends and safety modules). Some of Co.'s customers are PSA Peugeot Citroen, VW Group, Renault-Nissan, Ford Group, BMW and GM Group.

Gestamp Automocion SA. Gestamp Automocion SA is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in the auto parts manufacture. It focuses on the design, development and production of metal components and structure systems for the automotive industry. The Company's products portfolio includes skin panels and closure parts, structural and body components, chassis, bumpers and dashboard crossbeams, among others. The Company's customers include Volkswagen, Renault-Nissan, PSA, Daimler, General Motors and BMW, among others. Lar Espana Real Estate SOCIMI SA is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in the operation of retail Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). The Company specializes in acquiring, managing and renting real estate assets within the Spanish market. Its business activities are divided into three segments: Shopping Centers, Offices, as well as Logistics. The Company is focused on the development of therapeutic solutions with worldwide access. The Company works on both for-profit and non-profit projects, in collaboration with partners ranging from pharmaceutical corporations to physicians, from biotechnology firms to academics and foundations. Nokian Tyres is a tyre manufacturer. Co. mainly sells its products in the aftermarket. Co. and its subsidiaries include the Vianor tyre retail chain, which provides wholesale and retail services in Co.'s primary markets. The core business units in Co. and its subsidiaries are Passenger Car Tyres, which develops, manufactures, and markets summer and winter tyres for passenger cars and delivery trucks as well as SUVs; Heavy Tyres, which focuses on special tyres; as well as Vianor, which provides tyres for all vehicles: passenger cars, vans, trucks, and heavy machinery. In addition to Nokian-branded tyres, the Vianor tyre retail chain sells other tyre brands and a variety of motoring products.

SSAB EMEA consist of Europe, the Middle East and Africa; SSAB Americas of North and Latin America; SSAB APAC of Asia, Australia and New Zealand and Tibnor of steel and metal distribution in northern Europe.

Synergie is engaged in the development of human resources management, by providing services in the field of temporary work, outplacement, recruitment, consulting and training. Co.'s other activities include heavy plate production, a foundry, and a number of downstream processes.

Volkswagen the parent company of the Volkswagen Group. Wizz Air sells flight tickets and related services to external customers and, to an extent, to Wizz Tours. Wizz Tours sells travel packages to external customers covering the network of Wizz Air.
