ARKEMA

Arkema is engaged in the global chemical industry which is a processing industry based on the transformation in one or several stages of raw materials (oil derivatives, gas, minerals, natural products) into more or less complex chemical products, or into plastics obtained by polymerization. In addition, Co. manufactures a wide range of products for other major industries: construction, packaging, chemicals, automotive, electronics, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, etc. Co. operates in this industrial context with a business portfolio focused on three segments: High Performance Materials, Industrial Specialties, and Coating Solutions.

Bastide Le Confort Medical SA

Bastide le Confort Medical is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the home health care industry. Co. retails and rents medical equipment and provides medical services. Products include breathing apparatus, orthopedic shoes, walking aids and wheelchairs, home appliances and furniture adapted to the needs of the lesser able, with the recent addition of equipment related to perfusion and nutrition. Co. operates through a number of outlets concentrated mainly in the South of France, offering advice and information to customers along with the provision and maintenance of medical equipment.

Carmat SA

Carmat is focused on the research and development of an innovative product in the medical sector, developing an orthotopic and biocompatible artificial heart which is completely implantable, as well as its electrical power supply system and remote diagnosis system. Co. is developing a long-term therapeutic solution for patients who suffer from advanced bi-ventricular heart failure and who are not eligible for cardiac transplantation and who have exhausted all drug possibilties. Co. is still in the phase of research and development and thus do not generate any revenues.

Claranova SE

Claranova SA, formerly Avanquest SA, is a France-based holding company engaged in the technology industry. The Company operates through three businesses including Avanquest Software, that develops, publishes and markets Personal Computer (PC) software products in several categories, including system utilities, home graphics, digital imaging and small business solutions; the PlanetArt business operates a print-on-demand platform, which features five brands covering both Website and mobile application technologies. Among its applications is FreePrints, a mobile photo printing solution for iOS and Android. The Company also operates through myDevices business, which enables enterprises to design, prototype and commercialize Internet of Things (IoT) solutions through Cayenne, a drag-and-drop IoT project builder. Claranova SA offers its products and services in approximately 100 countries worldwide.

ERG S.p.A.

ERG is engaged in the generation of energy from renewable sources and from thermoelectric plants, in the marketing of electricity, steam and gas, in the refining, marketing and distribution of petroleum products both in Italy and abroad. Co., also through its own subsidiaries and joint ventures with primary international operators, operates in the following segments: renewable energy sources, under which Co. operates through its ERG Renew S.p.A. subsidiary in the wind power generation business; power and gas, which includes the production and marketing of electric energy, steam and gas; and refining and marketing, which includes the results of Coastal Refining and Integrated Downstream.

Genkyotex SA

GenKyoTex SA, formerly known as Genticel SA, is a France-based company involved in the biotechnology sector. The Company focuses on the development of therapies based on selective inhibition of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase (NOX) enzymes, which cause a range of disease processes, such as fibrosis, inflammation, pain processing, cancer development and neurodegeneration. The Company's pipeline includes GKT831, a NOX inhibitor aimed at primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and fibrosis; GKT771, a NOX inhibitor mainly aimed at inflammatory pain and angiogenesis, and other NOX inhibitors, which target at central nervous system (CNS), hearing loss and oncology.

Jacquet Metals SA

Jacquet Metal Services is a European distributor of specialty steels, also active in China and the U.S.A. Co.'s main activity consists of purchasing, storing, and delivering different families of products. Co. is active in four markets for the distribution of special steels through four brands: JACQUET (distribution of stainless steel thick "Quarto" plates); Stappert (distribution of long stainless steel products); Abraservice (distribution of wear-resistant "Quarto" plates); IMS group (distribution of engineering steels). Co.'s main consumer sectors are the following industries: chemical; agro foods; treatment and storage of gases; water treatment; environment and cleanup; and energy.

Maisons du Monde SA

Maisons du Monde offers a range of decoration and furnishing items in a variety of styles and themes. At end-2016, Co. operated a network of 288 stores in seven countries, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Switzerland. It also operates an e-commerce platform available in 11 countries. Co.'s product offering contains approximately 16,000 stock-keeping units available in a range of prices. The offer falls into two categories: decorative products, such as household textiles, tableware and kitchenware, mirrors and picture; and furniture, such as beds, tables, chairs, armchairs and sofas, cupboards, bookshelves, junior furniture and outdoor furniture.

Mediaset S.p.A. is a joint stock company. Co.'s majority shareholder is Fininvest S.p.A. Mediaset is a multinational media group. Its core business is commercial television broadcasting in Italy and Spain. In Italy, Co. has two main areas of business: Integrated television operations and Network infrastructure services and management. In Spain, Co. is the main shareholder of Mediaset Espana, a Spanish commercial television broadcaster with two main general interest channels (Telecinco and Cuatro) and a range of six free-to-air thematic channels.

Netgem SA

Netgem is a provider of Internet services through television. Co.'s solution enables businesses and communities to build one-to-one Web-based relationships with their customers and members by providing access to online services. Co.'s technology operates on a Linux-based open software platform and a thin-client access device. Co.'s Netgem Solution is available for standard telephone connection at 56kbs, ISDN lines, Ethernet connection (ADSL modems) and broadband cable (DOCSIS standard) Co. offers the Netbox, which transforms every television set into an Internet-enriched television using only a standard telephone connection.

Olympique Lyonnais Groupe

Olympique Lyonnais Groupe is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is active in the following businesses: sporting events, media and sports entertainment, and complementary businesses. Co. is organized around Olympique Lyonnais football club, in Lyon, France and is engaged in the media and entertainment sector. It is articulated around five activities: Ticketing; Media rights; Sponsoring and advertising (adidas, BetClic-Everest Poker, Groupama, Araldite, MDA, Keolis and Renault Trucks); Brand-related revenue (derivative products, OL Images, etc.) and Player trading.

Pirelli & C. S.p.A.

Pirelli & Co. is a holding company that manages, coordinates and finances the operations of its subsidiaries, which are mainly active in the tyre sector. Other activities relate to the emissions control technologies, renewable energy sources and fashion industries. Co.'s Total Tyre Business is split into: the Consumer Business segment that includes car and motorcycle tyres made for both the original equipment and replacement markets; and the Industrial Business segment that includes truck tyres, tyres for agricultural equipment, made both for the original equipment and replacement markets, and the steel cord business.

Salzgitter AG

Salzgitter is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. organized its businesses into five divisions. The Steel Division manufactures steel and special steels. The Tubes Division is involved with the manufacture of line pipes, HFI-welded pipes, precision tubes and stainless steel tubes. The Trading Division operates a European sales network as well as trading companies and agencies worldwide. The companies in the Services Division provide services such as data processing, telecommunications services, scrap dealing, the handling and storage of bulk cargo, transportation, and other services. The Technology Division operates in the filling and packaging technology segment.

SBM Offshore NV

SBM Offshore is a holding company. Co. provides floating production solutions to the offshore energy industry, over the full product life-cycle. Co.'s main activities are the design, supply, installation, operation and life extension of floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels. Other products include semi-submersibles, tension-leg platforms, floating production storage and offloading liquefied natural gas, turret mooring systems, brownfield and offshore (off) loading terminals. As of Dec 31 2015, Co.'s fleet consisted of 10 FPSOs, two floating storage and offloadings, one mobile offshore production unit, one semisubmersible in operation worldwide.

SergeFerrari Group SA

Sergeferrari Group SAS is a France-based company, which produces flexible composite materials. It designs and produces such products as performance building materials (tensile architecture, bioclimatic facade, solar protection and acoustic solutions), advanced materials (modular structures, agro-energy and environmental protection) and design & outdoor materials (yachting protection, contract and outdoor furniture, awnings and canopies, visual communication and ecolodge). Beyond products, Sergeferrari Group SAS is also committed to providing support to its customers, skilled technical resources supporting customers, application advice aiming at specified sales and suitable technical documents, by providing training to customers. It operates through Giofex.

Sixt is a parent company that acts as the holding company. Through its subsidiary, Co. is an international provider of mobility services. With its Vehicle Rental and Leasing Business Units Co. provides its customers tailor-made products that provide mobility of a few minutes to several years. In the Vehicle Rental Business Unit Co. has a network of stations with an almost worldwide presence through its own rental offices as well as through cooperation with franchisees and cooperation partners. Through its Leasing Business Unit Co. is a non-bank, vendor-neutral leasing companies. In addition, Co.'s franchisees and cooperation partners provides lease financing and services.

SMA Solar Technology AG

SMA Solar Technology is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates in five divisions: Medium Power Solutions, which distributes inverters, system solutions as well as products used for monitoring PV systems and energy management; Power Plant Solutions, which supplies central inverters and system solutions to PV plants; Service, which provides customers in Germany and abroad with support and after-sales services; Zeversolar, which serves the Chinese photovoltaic market and the budget market (low-price segment) in foreign markets; and Railway Technology, which manufactures converters as individual devices and energy supply systems for railway coaches.

Solvay SA

Solvay is engaged in chemical and plastic businesses worldwide. Co. offers chemical products such as advanced materials, barium strontium, calcium chloride, caustic soda, chlorinated products, fluor, peroxygen products, polyglycerols, precipitated calcium carbonate, soda ash, and sodium bicarbonate. It also provides specialty polymers, such as Spire ultra polymers, Solviva biomaterials, and sulfone polymers. Co. structures its activities around five operating segments: Advanced Formulations, Advanced Materials, Performance Chemicals, Functional Polymers and Corporate & Business Services, each with its own specific business model and each comprised of Global Business Units (GBUs).

Tikehau Capital SCA

Tikehau Capital SCA Formerly known as Tikehau Capital SCS. Tikehau Capital SCA is a France-based asset management and investment company. The Company invests in various asset classes, including Private Debt, which comprises debt financing transactions, such as senior debt, unitranche and mezzanine, as well as collateralized loan obligations; Real Estate, which focuses on commercial property and seeks sale and lease-back transactions in which the Company's vehicles act as purchaser; Private Equity, which encompasses investments in the equity capital of listed and non-listed companies, and Liquid Strategies, which encompasses investments in bonds, investment grade securities and the management of open-ended funds. Co. is organized into four divisions: Energy and Industry division; Oil Country Tubular Goods division; Drilling Products division; and Brazil division.

Virbac SA

Virbac is an independent veterinary pharmaceutical laboratory. Co. develops and provides veterinarians and farmers with medicines and vaccines that improve the health of food producing animals. Co. markets a range of products designed for pets and livestock. It offers seven types of products for companion animals (Parasiticides, Immunology, Antibiotics/dermatology, Specialties, Equine, Specialized pet food and Other products), and four types of products for food producing animals (Bovine parasiticides, Bovine products (excluding parasiticides), Pig/poultry antibiotics and Other products). Co. markets its products in the ethical (veterinarian) and OTC markets.
